Q. Can you send me a catalog?
A. Currently we do not print any catalogs. We use this website to showcase our collections and encourage you to register for an account.

Q. Will my customer information be protected?
A. Soussan International respects the privacy of all our customers. We will never sell, trade, rent or give away any customer information. As a registered user the password that you create protects your account information.

Q. How do I place an order?
A. Due to our constantly changing inventory, currently we do not offer online purchasing. We hope to offer this service in the near future. In the meantime, as you navigate through our collection, please note the style numbers which pique your interest and contact our offices for availability and estimated delivery times. One of our sales representatives will be glad to assist you with your order.

Q. How long does it take for you to ship my order?
A. Generally, you will receive your order within 5-10 business days depending on your location. Once payment terms have been confirmed, we usually ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order although many orders will ship on the same day they are placed. If we do not have your desired item in stock, we will let you know.

The only exception is if there is a backlog of orders after one of our trade shows. We process those orders in order of receipt, so please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. However, if you need us to rush your order to you, please indicate so when placing it and we will make every attempt to accommodate your request.

Q. Where do you ship from?
A. Our warehouse is located in New Rochelle, New York. All shipments originate there.

Q. Do you allow individual retail orders?
A. We are a wholesale business only. This website is not open for any retail orders. Should you need information about retailers in your area who carry our merchandise, please contact our offices.

Q. What kind of leather is used to manufacture your products?
A. Our belts are made of the finest top-grain cowhide.

Q. Will the leather get softer or the color change?
A. The top-grain cowhide used to manufacture our belts breaks in beautifully. As with any fine leather, it will become softer and suppler with age. The tan colored belts have been artisanally cured. This unique tanning process allows the leather to darken over time to a deeper shade of brown and develop a beautiful patina. This will add character to the look of your belt.
